Lindera Travaux supported ETAM in the delivery of its new retail store located in the Val Vert Croix Blanche retail park in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, France.
Acting as the general contractor (all trades), our teams delivered a turnkey shell, ready for La Manufacture to carry out the final fit-out, while ensuring comprehensive and efficient project management throughout every stage.
This project showcased the full extent of our expertise: serving as a single point of contact for the client, managing the schedule and budget, coordinating all trades, and overseeing operations through to final delivery.
It also highlights the strength of the Lindera Group’s integrated value chain, enabling us to provide clients with end-to-end support—from space preparation to final fit-out—through the complementary expertise of our companies.

Food court, Nice étoile
LINDERA RESEAU
Lindera Réseau is contributing to the development of a new dining area at Nice Étoile. As part of this project, our teams are manufacturing and installing the planters and banquette seating, helping to create a space that is both functional and welcoming.
The furniture is crafted from M1-rated laminated plywood with a Polyrey B208 EXM finish, also M1-rated, ensuring both an elegant appearance and full compliance with the site’s fire safety requirements. The plinths are finished in mirror Dibond, adding a contemporary and refined touch to the overall design.
The planters also feature watertight integrated containers with built-in lighting, enhancing the atmosphere and showcasing the dining space.

EX JJA Phoenix
LINDERA SIGNATURE
Congratulations to the La Manufacture teams on the successful completion of the JJA Phoenix project.
Here are a few highlights of the bespoke elements manufactured and installed:
- Reception area: A custom reception desk and bookcase creating a refined and welcoming entrance.
- Winter garden: Two striking red meeting rooms, a high table, and five curved banquettes designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Indoor house: A bespoke bar with shelving, a bookcase with display shelves, three circular windows (oculi), and a feature wall, all contributing to a distinctive interior design.
- Lounge & dining areas: Straight and L-shaped banquettes, an outdoor garden bar, a water station cabinet, and a coffee station unit, carefully designed to enhance the user experience.
