Reflecting on the company's CSR and Health & Safety challenges
On 24 and 25 June, the Lindera Executive Committee brought together around 50 employees from its 8 French and Bulgarian subsidiary companies in Beaune for 2 days of informal interaction and reflection on the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Health & Safety challenges
In addition to socialising and networking with colleagues, the teams worked together in workshop sessions to develop a framework for the Group’s CSR roadmap. At this conference, we were fortunate enough to have the input of two external experts: Valérie Thobois,a CSR consultant, AFNOR assessor and lecturer at the HEC, ESCP and ESSEC business schools, and Guillaume Poignon, Director of Ateliers Emmaüs.
The teams really appreciated this opportunity to learn more about the work and core purpose of Ateliers Emmaüs, and to expand their knowledge of the challenges around climate change and decarbonisation from Valérie Thobois. All the delegates reaffirmed their personal commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, which is a major strategic challenge, not only for the Group, but also for its clients.
We’d like to take this opportunity of thanking them for their input and look forward to continuing our work!
Goals: EcoVadis Gold certification, stepping up our social integration initiatives, and going further with carbon neutrality and responsible purchasing.
